WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY ABOUT US

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What services do you offer at your collision repair shop?

We offer a wide range of services, including full service collision, structural, and cosmetic vehicle repair, bumper repair, paint repair, glass replacement, and vehicle diagnostics & calibrations.

  • Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes, we work with most insurance companies to help streamline the auto claims repair process.   Contact us directly to inquire about the claims process associated with the insurance carrier auto claim.

  • How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

The length of time it takes to repair your vehicle depends on the extent of the damage, the specific repairs needed, and parts availability. Rest assured, we will also provide repair updates while your vehicle is at our facility.

  • How much will it cost to repair my vehicle?

The cost of repairs depends on a variety of factors, including the extent of the damage, the parts and materials needed, and the labor required to complete the repairs.  During the initial estimate we can provide an estimated time frame for the repairs.

  • Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?

Yes, we stand behind our work with a warranty on all workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts will carry the manufacturer’s warranty.  If you experience any issues or concerns with your repairs, simply bring your vehicle back and we'll make it right.

  • What rental vehicle options are available?

There are two rental care companies that service our repair facility location: Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Carson City  and Hertz Rental Car in Reno.

  • What if additional damage is found during the repairs?

If we discover hidden or additional damage, we will contact you and the insurance company.   Hidden or supplemental damage found to your vehicle during repairs will be submitted to your insurance directly for  insurance review and approval.

  • Do you use original manufacturer parts?

Whenever possible, we use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. The insurance carrier policy will specify what alternative part types are to be of first choice for an auto repair claim. We can inform you of what alternative maker parts your insurance carrier requests as per your policy agreement.

We utilize multiple part quoting tools in attempt to utilize any OEM part price matching programs that are available for your vehicle, in order to “price match” the alternative part selections required by an insurance company if possible.

  • Can I get and estimate before committing to repairs?

Yes! We offer free, no-obligation estimates by appointment so you can make an informed decision.  Contact us to schedule an estimate appointment.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?
